The Artichokes are available in two varieties: Artichoke Hearts and Bottoms. The Artichoke bottoms are available in three sizes (3-5 cm), (5-7 cm) and (7 to 9 cm). Artichokes are a delicious delicacy that only grows in a specific type of environment. Our artichokes are carefully grown, hand-selected and automatically peeled to guarantee only the finest artichokes end up being Verde products. The culinary uses of this vegetable are endless. Artichoke Bottoms can be stuffed with different stuffing (minced meat and white sauce, cream cheese). The Artichoke Hearts on the other hand can be used as a perfect ingredient for vegetable soups, salads and can be served sautéed as a side dish.
