Sautéed Mixed vegetables with corn (Makes 4 servings):

  • 1 packet Verde Mixed vegetables with Corn.
  • 1/4 cup oil.
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced.
  • Salt and white pepper to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water.

  • Blanch Verde mixed vegetables with corn in boiling water, 2 to 3 minutes, until tender, drain.
  • In a pot over high heat, heat the oil, add mushrooms and stir.
  • Add the mixed vegetables, salt and paper and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in cornstarch and serve.
